Products to encourage creativity
Inter-company co-operation by creative staff. At IZINKER we believe it is important to introduce expertise from outside an organisation to enhance the generation of ideas: apart from bringing in a fresh mindset this also provides specific knowledge that the customer does not already have. We have a panel of 120 external creative experts (trained by IZINKER and willing to co-operate on this programme).
Customer organisations can ask these experts to join their creative brainstorming sessions and bring a different vision to the business with their expertise.
Inter-company co-operation by creative staff
Following a period of growing specialisation in knowledge in which society has devoted much time to dividing up the world in a bid to understand its individual components, now, more than ever, the boundaries between society, technology, culture and company are disappearing.
At Izinker we are proposing a programme geared towards connecting fields. This move will enable new, creative perceptions to be achieved by associating concepts from one field with concepts from another. This way, the result of the joint action of two or more companies will have an effect that is greater than the simple sum of these concepts.
We help to create scenarios to combine the concepts of different companies, to enable them to find and benefit each other.
Synergies
Support for creating ideas geared towards identifying new business opportunities or new products / services to offer the market.
By using creative techniques and an established process, we help individuals as well as organisations to identify and develop business ideas. We offer the methodology to identify and specify the actual importance of the need that is going to be met, and to express what the new or differentiating features of the products of services are with respect to others offered on the market.
Creativity in entrepreneurship /intrapreneurship
Through experiential and fun learning, knowledge is acquired and skills linked to creativity are developed. The final training aim is to strengthen aspects like the creative solution of problems, team work, improvement in workplace atmosphere, decision making or personal initiative. We work on behaviours and attitudes through exercises that foster a creative attitude in the professional as well as personal sphere. The workshop sets out to build a group atmosphere designed to trigger creative processes within the organisation, and to foster a climate that will motivate people to find ways of addressing day-to-day challenges.
The activities engaged in and the knowledge acquired will be analysed in the group. This will help to identify personal qualities which, under different circumstance, would fail to be appreciated.
Creative values within the organisation
There are many obstacles hampering creativity. This is about the factors preventing us from trying out modifications or coming up with innovative ideas. They turn into real brakes that we may come across in our personal, social and cultural lives.
Creativity is expressed in all aspects of life, it is not the prerogative of the artist, the genius, the creator or of children. Through simple, straightforward exercises done individually or in groups, we offer the chance to exercise the mind and start to think "differently" from the usual way, and that way we can help people discover their creative talent.
Playing enables one to impact on the barriers that stifle creativity. That is why through fun activities like music or acting, we help to spot these barriers in order to try and minimize them.

Creative spaces: work process
1 / Study of space and needs This first contact with dimensions, materials and lighting enables us to gauge the potential of the future laboratory. At the same time, we analyse the needs of those who will be using it: how many hours at a time will it be used? Will users need to take notes frequently? Is there a need for an area where presentations or ideas can be shown via a projector? Logical area or creative area? etc...
2 / Preliminary project With the backing of a layout design, we undertake a general study and determine the basic structure of the workspace.
3 / Project & implementation We study the optimum layout in terms of three basic elements: furniture, colour and lighting. All three must be adapted to the dimensions of the room to allow smooth movement and generate comfortable spaces that encourage creativity.
