I'm back at Izinker! New projects and more creativity

After more than five years dedicated to an exciting business project, I am happy to announce that I am returning to Izinker, with a renewed vision and new approaches to creativity consulting and training.

During this time, my experience as an entrepreneur allowed me to apply and perfect many of the creative techniques that I shared over the years with our clients. Now, I'm back with more tools, new perspectives, and an even greater commitment to helping people and organizations unlock their full creative potential.

In this new stage, I will incorporate emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and new techniques to boost creativity and innovation in a practical and effective way. Renew the website and we will launch a newsletter that I hope will be of interest to you.
I'm excited to share everything I've learned and start new projects together!

Fomento del pensamiento creativo

En el marco del proyecto Pensamiento Creativo Patrocinado por Fundación Izarra (Ayto Ermua) , se han desarrollado en el IES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA BHI en sus instalaciones de Eibar DOS encuentros para fomentar el pensamiento creativo. Las sesiones se han celebrado los viernes 25 de septiembre y 2 de octubre, el alumnado de la Uni ha participado en estas jornadas dinamizadas por Fernando Alonso, Director de la empresa Izinker. Empresa con una dilatada experiencia en dinamización de equipos creativos en organizaciones.

A lo largo de las sesiones de trabajo se sensibilizó a los alumnos sobre la importancia de la creatividad y la innovación en el mundo laboral, cómo trabajar el pensamiento creativo para generar ideas de valor y el proceso a seguir para generar ideas y crear proyectos de innovación. Como objetivo último de las jornadas se pretendía que los alumnos trabajaran en la práctica su creatividad y generaran ideas de posibles negocios de valor.

El resultado ha sido enriquecedor ya que que han podido ver como se trabajan procesos creativos de una manera amena y divertida, y que han despertado el creativo que llevan dentro. Una bonita experiencia.
